Delivery Rates

Individual Product Deliveries

Products ordered individually (not including hampers) will be posted to you with Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible but this could take up to 10 working days. We cannot guarantee when the Royal Mail will deliver your parcel but we will send you the reference number so that you can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website. Please note that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for the Royal Mail’s delivery service. The postage and packaging charge of £3.60 must be added to the basket for all orders of individual products or we will not be able to fulfil the order.

Hamper Deliveries

Deliveries of our hampers are made by our overnight courier service, Scarlet Couriers, to the UK only. If you have any special requests for delivery outside of the UK, please Contact Us to discuss this possibility. Please note that for more remote areas or areas not on mainland UK there is a surcharge to be added to the standard delivery charge (Please see the table below for details).

Delivery day

Hampers are delivered Monday to Friday excluding public and bank holidays (“Delivery Days”) before 4pm. Unless a later Delivery Day is specified by you on the online order form, your order will be delivered as soon as possible which will usually mean:

  • delivery will be on the following Delivery Day if the order is received before 1pm;
  • delivery will be within 2 Delivery Days if the order is received after 1pm;

Please Contact Us if you require an upgraded UK delivery service (e.g. before midday or before 9am delivery service) and we will advise you of the supplemental charges involved.

Inability to Deliver Hampers

It is your duty to ensure that your requested Delivery Day is suitable for the Recipient (or someone authorised by the Recipient) to accept delivery of a hamper by signing the delivery note. If you provide us with the Recipient’s telephone number on the online order form, our couriers will endeavour to contact the Recipient if there is any problem with the delivery on the Delivery Day. If the courier is unable to obtain a signature when attempting to deliver on the given Delivery Day, the following procedure will be followed:

  • The courier will leave a card at the address with written instructions asking the Recipient to contact their local depot to arrange a convenient re-delivery date.

  • The courier will then re-attempt delivery the following day and will once again leave a card if the Recipient is not available to accept delivery.

  • It is then your (or the Recipient’s) responsibility to contact the depot and arrange for re-delivery or collection. Please note that you will be subject to supplemental charges by the courier for any additional re-deliveries. You will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need to be replaced.

Delivery address

All address information must be accurate, including the postcode, and the recipient’s email and/or telephone number. We cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the Recipient’s address is insufficient or incorrect.
