Using Natalie's knowledge from her studies in Nutritional Therapy at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, we create sensational condiments and preserves and adapt the recipes to boost their goodness without sacrificing flavour so you can indulge without the guilt!

refined sugar

unrefined sugar and where possible we have included agave syrup which has a much lower glyceamic load than sugar – something for diabetics to look into!

 

machine-milled white flour

more fibre-rich wholemeal flour and where possible we look for gluten free alternatives like buckwheat flour.
 

 

sugar-filled milk chocolate

anti-oxidant packed dark chocolate.


refined salt

unrefined salt, although in all our recipes we try to minimise the salt content wherever possible.


artificial preservatives, colourings or flavourings

naturally delicious food, preserved using old fashioned methods that have stood the test of time.

trans and hydrogentated fats

"good" fats, at TG we like to introduce our clients to a variety of healthy fats including rapeseed and coconut oil (each has its own unique beneficial properties)
