Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product in accordance with clause 10 of our Terms and Conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want your hamper to reach its Recipient in perfect condition. Therefore, we carefully pack each individual item into your jute bag and use filler made of potato starch to protect them (I know it looks just like polystyrene but try putting it under the tap and watch it melt away!). We then pack the hamper into its specially made snugly fitting cardboard box (made of recycled paper) for sending out to your Recipient. If, however, any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned.

Please inspect the parcel on delivery and if there are any signs of breakage, (e.g. damage to the box or wetness to the box) do not sign for it and instead send it back with the courier. If the recipient finds any of the products are damaged or incorrect on opening the box then please Contact Us within 3 working days and we will explain how to return the products to us.
